The work

Your certified local experts build your ShelterLogic ShelterTube®, ShelterCoat® or ShelterTech™ wind- and snow-load rated shelter on your level base. The heavy-gauge frame is assembled with every brace and truss in place, checked square, and anchored; the cover and end panels are tensioned evenly so the building sheds wind and snow the way it was rated to.

Packaging broken down and left in your on-site bins. Hauling it away is an add-on.
Have the ground level - pad, pavers or compacted ground
Clear the footprint, 4 ft around it, and room to lay the frame out
Call 811 to mark utilities before ground anchors go in
Up to 22 ft wide and 40 ft long. Larger ShelterTube®, ShelterCoat® and ShelterTech™ buildings are quoted separately. The ground has to be level before the visit; we do not pour pads or grade ground.

For an outdoor build, no — though we'd prefer you there to confirm placement and look over the finished work. Anything inside your home needs someone there to let your expert in.
